These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites and mobile applications, including the menu and recipe information, training tools, product descriptions and AI-assisted recipe tools that we provide.
Please read these terms carefully. By using Peche you are agreeing to these terms. This is a legal agreement.
1. Some definitions
1.1 Peche Hospitality Ltd, a UK-registered company with company number 14531728, is the provider of the web sites, applications, data processing and emailing facilities mentioned in these terms. All references in these Terms & Conditions to “Peche”, “our”, “us”, “we” or “services” refer to Peche Hospitality Ltd.
1.2 These terms and conditions, known as the “terms”, apply to all Peche Hospitality Ltd services provided to you by us.
1.3 “You” or “the user” are a user of this website or any applications and related services hereto.
2. Our agreement
2.1 By creating an account, agreeing when prompted, or continuing to use our services after these terms take effect, you agree to these terms.
2.2 Any error, correction or omission from the information we publish about the services may be corrected by us, provided that the correction doesn’t affect the nature of the service itself.
2.3 If we make a material change to these terms, we will publish a new version with an effective date, bring the change to your attention and keep a notice on our website for at least 14 days. We may ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use all or part of the services.
2.4 If you do not accept any change to the terms you should cease using the service immediately.
3. Rights
3.1 You shall respect our proprietary rights in the Services we provide, including all patents, trademarks, service marks and copyright.
3.2 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
3.3 We will do our best to maintain the operation of the services in accordance with these terms. However, we cannot guarantee that the websites or applications will be technically suitable for viewing on your computer or mobile device nor that the services will be delivered to you uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
3.4 You are responsible for providing all computer, mobile phone and internet equipment required to use the services. We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for these and cannot guarantee the continued availability of any other person or services involved in providing the services to you.
3.5 The Internet is not a secure environment and we cannot guarantee that our websites, mobiles applications and servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications. We recommend that you regularly update your browser software and use up-to-date anti-virus software to ensure that your access to the services is as secure as possible.
3.6 Your access to the services may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, the introduction of new facilities or services, or due to events beyond our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will attempt to restore the services as soon as we reasonably can.
3.7 We have no control or proprietary interest in the companies or products with which you register your interest, whether via our service or not. We do not endorse any particular company or product. When you register your interest with a particular company, you will receive information from that company and we are not responsible for the content or the accuracy of such information. You should contact that company directly if you have any queries or complaints.
3.8 We have no control over or proprietary interest in any websites that are hypertext linked to our websites. We make no representations or guarantees about those websites or their content, nor that the links work.
3.9 Should you purchase products or services from companies advertising on or linked to our web sites, any contracts will be exclusively between you and the relevant company. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any other companies’ products or services.
4. AI-Assisted Recipe Tools
4.1 Peche offers optional AI-assisted recipe import. If you choose to use it, Peche processes the recipe text or image you submit to produce a structured recipe draft.
4.2 You must only submit content that you are entitled or authorised to use and provide to Peche for this purpose. If the content belongs to your employer, a customer or another person, or is confidential, you must have their permission. Please do not include personal data that is unnecessary for creating the recipe draft.
4.3 When you submit content, you permit Peche and the service providers identified in our Privacy Policy to process, transmit, reproduce and transform it as reasonably necessary to provide and securely operate the feature. The Privacy Policy explains the AI service used, how the processing works and what Peche retains.
4.4 You keep whatever rights you already hold in the content you submit. Peche does not claim ownership of that content, or of a recipe you save, merely because you use AI-assisted tool. These terms do not give you rights in material that belongs to someone else.
4.5 AI-generated drafts can contain errors or omissions. You must review and, where necessary, correct ingredient names, quantities, units, preparation methods and other details before saving, sharing or relying on a draft.
5. Liability
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of our websites and services, including any downloads.
We and our team won’t be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they’re based on negligence or we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for all claims made in any month will be no more than what you paid us for the service the month before.
5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the material on our websites and services as is. That means we don’t provide warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold us and our team harmless from any losses (including fees) that result from any claims you make that aren’t allowed under these terms due to a “Limitation of Liability” or other provision. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses (including fees) that result from third-party claims that you or someone using your access permissions did something that, if true, would violate any of these terms.
5.4 If we file an action against you claiming you breached these terms and we prevail, we’re entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and any damages or other relief we may be awarded.
5.5 We and our team are not responsible for the behaviour of any advertisers, linked websites or other Peche users.
